Order :- 1.

The learned APP appearing for respondent No. 1 - State informs this court that charge-sheet was filed by the Investigating Officer in the trial Court on 30-05-2016.

It appears that on 29-06-2016, by way of ad-interim relief this Court directed the Investigating Officer not to file charge-sheet against applicants No. 2 to 7, however, already charge-sheet was filed and this application is pending for considerable period, in our opinion, the applicants are at liberty to file appropriate application for discharge before the concerned court, if so they advised, in case, the charge is not framed by the said Court.

3. In case the application for discharge is filed by the applicants within three weeks from the date of this order, we direct the concerned court

2 Cri.A-1127-16 to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of eight weeks from filing of such application. 4.
