It is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that case No.ROR/REV/235/2021 is pending before respondent No.2 for decision and after hearing the concerned parties the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks.

In that view of the matter the writ petition is disposed off by directing respondent No.2 to hear the parties and pass appropriate decision on merits within a period of eight weeks from today. Till then the interim order dated 07-03-2022 shall continue. 3.

Parties to cooperate for final disposal of the proceedings before respondent No.2.
