Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

It seems that the applicant and the assailants were from the rival groups. The injured suffered simple injury. The alleged weapons used in crime have also been recovered. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. There are no antecedents to his discredit. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Shahid Raju Shaikh be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.6 of 2023, registered with Sonai

931-BA-326-23.odt Police Station, Sonai, Taluka Newasa, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, on the conditions that, (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall not involve in the similar crime.
