Mr. S.S. Dande, learned Advocate for the appellant fairly submits that First Appeal No.641/2001 and companion appeals have been dismissed by this Court by the judgment and order dated 02.03.2015. Based on that, subsequently First Appeal No.33/2004 and other companion appeals were dismissed by the order dated 05.05.2015. He also points out that in fact, while disposing of First Appeal No.641/2001 and other appeals, not only the appeals preferred by the Acquiring Body but even the appeals preferred by several claimants were dismissed. 2.

In view of above, this First Appeal by the Acquiring Body is dismissed for the reasons mentioned in the judgment and order dated 02.03.2015 passed in First Appeal No.641/2001 and other appeals. [MANGESH S. PATIL] JUDGE npj/fa465-2004
