Perused the petition. The learned AGP stated in presence of respondent No.2, who is present inperson before the Court as per our earlier order, that the petitioner is now appointed and has already resumed work.
The petitioner's Advocate admitted this. We find from the facts and circumstances of the case that though there was delay in
cp243.14 implementation of the order passed by this Court the delay does not appear to be intentional. The petition stands Disposed of.
