Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the father of the petitioner has been issued with validity certificate, as such, the Committee be directed to issue validity certificate to the petitioner.

Mr. Tele, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/Committee submits that, it is for the Committee to consider the case on its own merits and decide the same.

Considering the fact that, validation proceedings are

However, the Committee shall decide the validation proceedings on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
