Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that inspite of the fact that this Court had directed to maintain status quo on 29th January, 2015, the respondents, vide order dated 3rd February, 2015, terminated the services of the petitioner. As such, the civil application is filed seeking amendment to the writ petition. 2.

We have heard the learned AGP also.

Even otherwise, the respondents would have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit in the petition. Writ petition is not yet admitted. In the light of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment be carried out within 15 days. Civil application disposed of.

Place the petition on 10.03.2015.
