Having heard the respective counsel for sometime, Criminal Revisions Application No.50/2016 can be conveniently disposed of by following order:

The applicant herein to pay the interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to respondent wife and daughter and shall also clear all the arrears at the same rate till the date i.e. 31st May, 2015 after adjusting the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited before this Court which is permitted to withdraw by the respondent.
