Learned APP waives service of notice for respondents. 2.

By this petition, petitioner seeks direction to respondent No. 3 to conduct further investigation. The second prayer is to direct respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 13.08.2024.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that report under Section 169 Cr.P.C. is filed against accused- Pradip Kashinath Date. If that is so, petitioner is at liberty to approach the Trial Court to oppose the said report.

Writ petition is therefore disposed of by directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated Bhagyawant Punde
