By this application the applicant prays permission to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent nos.9-A, 11, 13 and 19 as mentioned in title clause and paragraph no.3 of the Civil Application.

Copies of death certificate of deceased respondents are annexed alongwith application. Although there is marginal delay in filing the application, it can be condoned for the reasons as stated in the application. Consequently, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Civil Application is disposed of.
