Learned Advocate for the applicants places on record the downloaded copy of the Judgment in R.C.C. No.1599 of 2023 decided by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.8, Aurangabad on 11th October 2024. The said criminal case was arising out of Crime No.622 of 2022 and the present application was for quashing of the said FIR. After the full-fledged trial, the applicants have been acquitted. The said copy of the Judgment is taken on record.
