ORDER :

The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in similar circumstances, in Writ Petition No. 2491/2015 this Court had made order against Zilla Parishad and direction was given by this Court to consider the applications/ representations expeditiously by the respondents on it's merits, in accordance with law and existing policy. He submitted that in accordance with the same order, the order came be made in the present matter. The learned counsel for Zilla Parishad is present. In view of the aforesaid order, this Court makes following order.

O R D E R

The petitioner to make application/ representation to the respondents for considering his claim for appointment of Primary Teacher/ Assistant Teacher. If such representation is made, after receipt of representation, it is to be decided within three months by the respondents on it's own merits, in accordance with law and existing policy. In those terms the petition is disposed of.
