2] Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the decision to file the appeal, was taken at various levels and as there was communication gap, delay has occurred in filing the appeals.

ORDER IN APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF STAY :- 4] Considering the challenge in the present appeal, interim stay granted earlier to the execution of the impugned award, is hereby made absolute in each of the applications, on the condition that the applicants deposit entire amount under the impugned award together with upto-date interest in this Court within 10 weeks. The applications for grant of stay are accordingly disposed of.
