Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the present petition, subsequent development has taken place. The Sub Divisional Officer had directed the Tahsildar to stop the work carried out by the Municipal Council and the report be submitted. It was further directed to take steps to acquire 42 R. land. 2.

The learned AGP appears for respondent No.1. Mr. More, learned counsel appears for respondent No.2.

In view of subsequent development, the Tahsildar may proceed and submit the report as directed by the Sub Divisional Officer to him. The said report be submitted, preferably within a

992-WP-2728-2020.odt period of two months and further steps be taken by the authority in accordance with law, expeditiously.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
