Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Delay of 659 days has occurred in filing the present appeal. The learned counsel for the Appellant / Applicant submits that the Appellant is waiving his right to claim any interest of the period of delay in the event he succeeds in the present appeal and the amount of compensation is enhanced. In view of the submission so made, though the learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Shri Navandar, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 have opposed
