26-04-2022 PER COURT :- Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondents no. 4 and 5 states that his client has already issued original marks memo of three years BBA in Aviation Course. The degree certificate to the petitioner would be issued on or before 2nd May 2022. The statement is accepted.

It is further stated by Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and 5 that insofar as the migration certificate is concerned, the petitioner has to comply with certain formalities and after completion of such formalities, the same would be issued within two weeks from the date of compliance. The statement is accepted.

Respondents no. 4 and 5 to issue migration certificate within two weeks from completion of formalities by the petitioner as would be requisitioned by respondents no. 4 and 5. Respondents no. 4 and 5 to furnish the requisition to the petitioner within one week from today.

Respondent no. 2 shall accept the original marks memos of three years BBA in Aviation Course as well as degree certificate as may be submitted by the petitioner.

The petitioner agrees to furnish the original marks memos of three years BBA and degree certificate to the respondent no. 2 within two days after obtaining the same from the respondents no. 4 and 5.

Insofar as the migration certificate is concerned, the same shall be submitted to respondent no.2 by the respondents no. 4 and 5 within two days from the date of obtaining the said document from the respondents no. 4 and 5.

Till such documents are submitted by the petitioner within the time prescribed in earlier paragraph, respondent no. 2 shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner so far as admission of petitioner in respondent no. 2 college for MBA course is concerned, pursuant to the admission granted for the academic year 2021-22 in accordance with the admission form annexed with page no. 34 of the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 9.
