This Contempt Petition alleges disobedience of the order / directions issued by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No.4224/2014, on 7th January, 2015. The relevant direction is in clause (7) which reads thus:

"7.

By way of ad-interim order, it is directed that wherever the vacancy is available or the same would be created, the Respondent APMC shall fill in the post of Secretaries from the panel prepared by the State Marketing Board."

Upon careful perusal of the pleadings in the petition, it is seen that, neither the petitioner has stated the position of vacancies of the post of Secretaries nor there are other specific pleadings in that behalf. In that view of the matter, we do not think that there is disobedience, much less willful disobedience, of the order passed by this Court. Hence Contempt Petition stands disposed of. ( P.R.
