This motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 12.12.2025.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.6 submits that in the said order dated 12.12.2025, in paragraph 10, the words "the Divisional Joint Registrar" be replaced with "the Hon'ble Minister". 3.

In view thereof, paragraph 10 of the aforesaid order dated 12.12.2025 shall stand corrected by substituting the words "the Divisional Joint Registrar" with "the Hon'ble Minister". 4.

The necessary corrections be carried out accordingly and corrected copy be uploaded.

The motion stands disposed of.
