The Petitioner prays that his representation dated 14.01.2013 be decided by the District Collector. This petition has been filed after ten years. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by granting liberty to the Petitioner to move a fresh application before the District Collector, Jalgaon. In the event the District Collector, Jalgaon has the jurisdiction to deal with such an application, he would follow the due procedure laid down in law and grant an opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders.
