This matter relates to the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this court in refusing registration for non removal of office objections. Learned counsel assures that the office objections, if any, will be removed within a short period. Learned counsel also assures that he would take appropriate steps to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent Nos. 9, 11 and 12 or in the alternate to seek exemption to bring their legal heirs on record after restoration of writ petition.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D". 3.

Learned counsel submits that so far as the office objection regarding production of the certified copy of the judgment and order

wp3246.19 -2passed by the Collector, Osmanabad is concerned, the petitioner is not getting that certified copy due to missing of the record. The Collector Office, Osmanabad has also communicated about the same in writing to the petitioners. The petitioners are ready to produce the said letter on record. Learned counsel submits that it is also informed in the said letter that whenever the file is traced out, the certified copy of the said judgment will be issued. 4.

In view of above, office shall waive the aforesaid objection on the basis of communication received from the office of the Collector, Osmanabad submitted by the petitioner.
