The Petitioner has faced a disciplinary proceeding and has suffered an order of punishment of compulsory retirement, which has been impugned in this Petition. The impugned order has been passed by the CEO of Z.P. Beed.

Rule 13 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964, permits the Petitioner to challenge the order of imposing penalty by the CEO, before the Commissioner of the Division.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner
