None for the Respondent inspite of service of notice. This indicates that the Respondent is not interested in resisting the application.

It is the case of the Applicant/wife that she is unemployed. She has filed two proceedings bearing HMP No. 32/2022 before Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrigonda, Dist. Ahmednagar as well as application bearing No. 234/2023 under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act bearing No. 160/2023 before Civil Judge Senior Division, Karmala, Dist. Solapur

- 2 - mca57.24.odt for dissolution of marriage. She claims that prejudice will cause to her if she is called upon to attend the proceeding at Karmala. 3.

Learned counsel for Applicant submits that in any case, Respondent/husband is required to appear before the Court at Shrigonda in proceeding filed by her and as such no prejudice will cause to him if the proceeding is transferred at Shrigonda. 4.

In view of above uncontroverted facts, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.

In order to ensure that Respondent/husband is not harassed by the Applicant by making him to attend the Court at different dates, all these proceedings shall be taken up on same date. It shall be the responsibility of the Applicant to ensure the same. ( R. M. JOSHI) Judge dyb
