Grievance of the petitioner is that part amount as per the award passed by the Reference Court is not yet paid to him. About Rs.2,59,000/- is outstanding. Amount of Rs.9 lakhs has been paid by the respondents. 3.

The Respondents shall pay the legitimate amount due as per the award passed by the Reference Court, if there is no other legal impediment, within a period of four months.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
