By taking decision in the case of the petitioner, the respondent has complied with the order.

Learned advocate for the petitioner vehemently submitted that respondent was directed to take decision by taking into consideration the judicial pronouncement of this Court, which is not done in the case of the petitioner.

We cannot go into the merits of the order passed by the respondent. In view of compliance of the order, the contempt petition is disposed of.
