We have heard Mr. Adgaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Dispute between present respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2. is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, as per the averments in the writ petition. The petitioner may take appropriate steps as is permissible in law with regard to the said proceedings. However, it may not be proper to entertain the present writ petition for the purpose for which the same is filed. In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. no costs.
