By an order dated 07.12.2012 passed on Civil Application Stamp No.17680 of 2010 filed by the petitioner / applicant, the order dated 10.06.2009 was recalled and the petition was restored.

This petition, which is pending before this Court since 07.03.2006, is yet to be admitted. None appeared for the petitioner on 15.07.2021, 04.08.2021, 09.09.2021, 11.10.2021 and 07.10.2021. Even today, none appears for the petitioners.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed in default for the second time.
