This is an application for challenging the order of interim maintenance dated 4th December, 2015, passed by the learned Judicial magistrate First Class, Jalgaon in Criminal Misc. Application No. 2 of 2014. 3.

The matter is pending before the Court since 2014. 4.

In this background, in my opinion, it will be inappropriate to interfere in the order of learned Magistrate. However, in the circumstances, it will be appropriate to expedite the proceedings pending before learned Magistrate, in the matter of award of maintenance.

It is expected of the learned Magistrate to decide the present matter expeditiously within a period of three months. 6.
