PER COURT :- The applicant prays for condonation of 426 days delay caused in filing the Civil Application, and for recalling of the order of this Court dated 23.11.2012, dismissing the writ petition for non-removal of the office objections.

Learned Advocate for the non-applicant submits graciously that costs, if imposed, may be donated to the Library of Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, bench at Aurangabad. Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed on the following conditions:- (a) Delay of 426 days is condoned on the condition that the applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- with the Bombay High Court Advocates Association's Library, Bench at Aurangabad.

{2} CA 3158.17.odt (b) Office objections shall be removed within a period of three weeks from today.

(c) The above directions shall be complied with and there-after the writ petition shall be restored.

(d) If either of the above conditions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, the Civil Application shall stand rejected and the order of this Court dated 23.11.2012 shall then be restored. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE , J) vbd
