FINAL ORDER (Per S. G. Chapalgaonkar ) :- .

The claim of the petitioners is, the petitioners and the respondents who are members of the public trust namely Ahilyadevi Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Omerga have jointly approached the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Osmanabad seeking expeditious holding of election, which proceedings are still pending.

In view of above and having regard to the claim put forth that existing term of the office bearers of the said trust has come to an end, the claim put forth by the petitioners of holding election of the said trust expeditiously is to be decided within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of production of this order before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Osmanabad.
