ORDER : [PER SANGITRAO S. PATIL, J.] As per the order dated 30.1.2017, certain group petitions have been disposed of with a direction to concerned authorities to decide the applications/representions/proposals of the petitioners within a specified period. The subject matters of the said group were inviting formal orders for which it was not necessary to consider the merits of those matters.

In the present case, the petitioners have

CA No. 2804/17 claimed the benefit of Assured Career Progress Scheme and for considering their claim, it is necessary to decide the petition on merits. The present petition could not have been tagged with the group matters in which formal orders directing disposal of the applications/ representations/ proposals were to be passed.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed. The order dated 30.1.2017 is recalled so far as the present petitioners in Writ Petition No. 11420/2016 is concerned. Writ petition No. 11420/2016 be placed for hearing on 15.3.2017.
