Thereafter also, matter was adjourned to 28/9/2015. In fact when the appeal is abated against respondent no.4 i.e. the person to whom compensation has been awarded, nothing survives in the present appeal.

2] Today also none appears for the appellant. The Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
