Heard learned advocate Mr. Munde for the applicant who is the original petitioner and the learned A.G.P.

It appears that the petitioner was aggrieved by rejection of his application seeking disability certificate by the medical authority Beed by the order dated 18.10.2021. This court by the order dated 22.11.2021 disposed of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of review as mentioned in clause No. 3 of the impugned communication.

The learned advocate Mr. Munde submits that pursuant to such liberty, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.12.2021 to the Commissioner and the competent authority at Pune but since thereafter nothing has transpired.

Having considered the dispute, we feel it appropriate to direct the Commissioner to take decision on his representation in accordance with law within four weeks from today.
