Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner is terminated from service. The petitioner has fled appeal against the oral termination. 3.

The appeal is pending before the school tribunal. The present petition is fled on assumption that the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may fll-in the post and approval will be granted to such a candidate.

The petitioner can seek interim orders in the pending appeal and if at all some steps are taken by respondent Nos. 3

2 38-WP-2833-2020 and 4, it is for the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 2 and raise appropriate objection.
