The learned AGP vehemently opposed the applications. 3.

Since the applications are by original claimants whose lands are acquired, this Court is inclined to allow the application. 4.

Hence, delay of 2871 days caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The applications are allowed, subject to condition that the applicants/original claimants shall not be entitled to receive the interest on the enhanced amount, if any, for the delay period. With these, civil applications stand disposed of.
