We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondent no.2.

The present Petition is challenging the order dated 2.2.2017 thereby cancelling the center for holding S.S.C. Examination of petitioner no.1 school.

The examinations are to commence from 7.3.2017. In view of that, the case of the

wp2491.17 petitioners today cannot be considered on merits. The petitioners may file application for the allotment of center to the petitioner no.1 school with respondent no.2 Board for the next year. 4.

The respondent no.2 shall consider the said application of the petitioners for the next year on its own merits, in accordance with law. 5.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
