ORDER:

Learned Asst. Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the validation proceeding would be decided within three months.

In view of the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent No. 4 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within three months from today.

2 Sr913 WP2201.2018 (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.03.2018.

(iii) The petitioner shall co-operate with the Committee in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

(iv) The respondents no. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's Third (2) of MBBS examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. Of course, the degree certificate shall not be issued till the validity is produced. 3.
