The Petitioners, who are 61 and 85 years old, respectively, have put-forth a detailed representation dated 16th March, 2022 running into six pages addressed to the Tahsildar.

The learned AGP submits that the Tahsildar would consider the said representation by following the due procedure laid down in law and by granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders. If there is no legal impediment, a decision would be arrived at within 180 days.

In view of the above, the Petitioners are satisfied. 4.

This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off by recording the above statement.
