The Petitioner prays that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 be directed to implement the order of the Chief Executive Officer, Waqf Board dated 25th June, 2012 in Case No. 54/28/2007. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that notice for removal of encroachment has already been issued on 5th March, 2024 and the deadline is 22nd March, 2024.

This Court need not initiate action for executing orders of the Waqf Board. Our Writ of Mandamaus is not for the said purpose. Nevertheless, now that the Authorities have initiated steps for removal of encroachment, they shall do so within a period of three months and by 8.wp2471.24.odt

following the due procedure laid down in law. This Writ Petition is disposed off.
