In C.R. No.104/2016, registered at Shrirampur Taluka Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking regular bail on the ground of parity.

During the custodial interrogation, two stolen two wheelers were recovered from the applicant so did from the co-accused Akshay Kokane, who is ordered to be released on regular bail in Criminal Application No. 502 of 2017 vide order dated 7th February 2017. 4.

It is brought to my notice that against the said accused Akshay, so did the present applicant, there are no criminal antecedents. The investigation is at advanced stage.

In my opinion, looking to the age of the applicant and as there are no criminal antecedents, it will be appropriate to order his release on following terms.

The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No.104/2016, registered at Shrirampur Taluka Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the evidence.

If the applicant is found involved in any other offence, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. 9.
