By the present application, restoration of the writ petition is sought, which came to be dismissed in default on 20/01/2022, since the office objections were not removed and time of 4 (four) weeks was granted to remove the same.

On perusal of the application, the reason cited is justified and therefore the writ petition deserves restoration, but this will be done, subject to payment of costs of Rs.3,000/-. Deposit of costs to the Bar Library be made within one week. The receipt of deposit be produced khs/Feb.2022/2673

- 2 - before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, upon which the writ petition shall be restored. Liberty to circulate the writ petition for admission.
