This is an application for appointment of Arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Respondent No.4 is a Multi-State Co-operative Society registered under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002. 2.

The learned Advocate for respondent nos.4 and 5 states that the Central Registrar of Co-operative Societies has already appointed an Arbitrator in terms of Section 84(4) of the said Act. The learned Advocate for applicant does not dispute the same. 3.

In view of the above, application is disposed of. 4.

The learned Arbitrator is requested to decide the arbitration proceedings at the earliest.
