Heard both the sides. It can be said that the proceeding has become infructuous so far as the relief claimed in para 13 (B) is concerned.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the persons who have completed B.U.M.S. Course are fighting for their equivalence with B.A.M.S Course and representations were made from prior to 2010, but the Authorities are not

(2) WP No.1543/2013 deciding the representations.

The particulars for comparison with B.A.M.S Course are given. The Authorities are expected at least to decide the representation. Copy of the said representation is on record and it shows that the representation made to the Government of India was referred to the "Director, Directorate of Ayurved, Maharashtra State, Mumbai". This correspondence is dated 30.08.2010. It appears that the said representation is not yet decided.

This Court expresses that the representation needs to be decided within one year.

With the aforesaid direction, the Petition is disposed of.
