This matter was not on board, today. Learned counsel for the appellants jointly submitted with the learned counsel for the respondent that this matter is being settled. Hence, taken on the production board.

Learned advocates for the respective sides jointly submit that the compromise terms between the parties are set out from paragraph Nos. 6 to 9 in the Civil Application. They further state that the litigating sides are present in the Court and they have been identified by their learned advocates.

The verification of the compromise terms, which are a part of the Civil Application, has been done in the presence of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and his report dated 21/02/2018 is placed on record.

Considering the above, the Second Appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise set out in paragraph Nos. 6 to 9 of the Civil Application. The said paragraphs would be a part of the order of this Court. Consequentially, Civil Application No. 2296/2018 is allowed.

Decree be drawn accordingly.
