Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel submitted that though the petitioner approached the Commissioner of Labour, Latur Division, Latur by submitting an application dated 04.12.2018 inadvetently the application is not properly worded referring to the provisions empowering the Commissioner of Labour to take cognizance of the application as such the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition.
