PER COURT:- 1.

According to the petitioner, as per the order of which contempt is alleged the total amount payable is Rs.6,94,149/-. The respondents had calculated the total amount as payable to the petitioner as Rs.6,33,380/-.

The petitioner has already been paid Rs.5,00,000/-. The said amount was deposited by respondents in the Court.

The respondents shall pay the remaining amount as per its calculation of Rs.1,33,380/- to the petitioner. The petitioner shall accept the said amount without prejudice to his rights and contentions.

(2) 1006-cp-165-2017 4.

This Court would not enter into the rigmarole of the exact calculation with mathematical precision. The difference appears to be of about Rs.60,000/-. The petitioner shall approach the Joint Director, Technical Education. He shall determine the amount receivable by the petitioner and payable by respondents as per the orders of this Court dated 06.05.2015 in Writ Petition No.4101 of 2001.

Mr. Bramhe, learned counsel on instructions submits that, within a period of three weeks, cheque of Rs.1,33,380/- would be paid to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
