BENCH AT AURANGABAD FIRST APPEAL NO.1073/2008 The New India Assurance Co.Ltd.

...

Appellant

Versus

Rushali Raju Jadhav & others ...

Respondents CORAM :

VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED : 28/07/2015 1.

Perused Record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that paper book charges have not been deposited by the appellant within stipulated period inspite of issuance of notice. Therefore, the paper book is not prepared by the District Court and R & P has been sent to this court without paper book. None is present on behalf of the appellant. No steps have been taken by the appellant to deposit paper book charges. About four chances have been given to the appellant for taking necessary steps. All these go to show that the appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objection. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER

The appeal stands dismissed for failure to prosecute and for non depositing paper book charges. REGISTRAR (JUDL) fa1073.08
