1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and respondent no.2. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that respondent no.2 has challenged the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhokar, District Nanded. The applicants have also filed appeal for enhancement of the amount. Both appeals are pending before this Court. The applicants are in need of money for their daily business as well as for medical purposes. The financial condition of the applicants is not well. The applicants have taken loan from their relatives and friends for day to day survival. There is no Karta in the family for source of income, hence, requested to allow the application.

5539.22CA 2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of the deposited amount by giving undertaking.
