Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel submits that two real brothers of the petitioner are issued with the validity certificates. The validation proceedings of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No.2 - committee since the year 2013. The vigilance was also conducted in the year 2016, however, the proceedings are not yet decided. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been granted provisional admission to the L.L.B. course and requires validity certificate to be submitted.

Mr. Karlekar, the learned A.G.P. appears and accepts notice for the respondent Nos.1 & 2.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2 - committee on 8th March, 2021. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student and requires validity certificate for professional course. The committee shall endeavour to decide the said proceedings, preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
