DATED : 24 th February, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Heard Shri B.S.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri V.H.Dighe, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

2] This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. 3] This court has already admitted the Criminal Revision Application.

4] The sentence imposed upon the applicants is

crap966.15 for limited duration i.e. for three months. Both the applicants were on bail during the trial and also during the pendency of appeal and there is no complaint that they have misused the liberty granted to them.

5] In that view of the matter, the substantive jail sentence imposed upon the applicants by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ausa in Regular Criminal Case No. 163 of 2006, dated 8.11.2011, which is confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Latur in Criminal Appeal No. 135 of 2011 on 18.2.2015 is hereby suspended.

6] The applicants shall be released on bail on they each executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount by each of them.

The applicants shall remain present before this court at the time of final hearing of the Revision Application.

Criminal Application is thus allowed and disposed of.
