The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents submits that, the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of that, though, Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel sought to canvass the submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same.
